Wir haben zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über das nette Abschiedsgeschenk, das eine sehr schöne Geste war. Das Personal war stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Young.

In einer Nacht war es etwas laut, doch das wurde vom Hotel sehr professionell und unkompliziert gelöst – wir wurden dafür sogar entschädigt.

本当に心地よすぎて、帰るのが嫌になってしまうほど素晴らしい滞在でした！これまで旅行で様々なホテルに泊まってきましたが、ミンブティックさんが間違いなくナンバーワンです。 特に感動したのは、スタッフの皆さんの手厚いサポートです。旅行前からチャータータクシーの相談にのって手配までしてくださり、大変助かりました。滞在中もLINEを使って日本語でコミュニケーションがとれたため、ベトナム語や英語が苦手な私でも、何一つ不安なく安心して過ごすことができました。どんな質問にもいつも丁寧に、親切に答えてくださり感謝しかありません。 また、朝食の時にいただいたお茶がとても美味しく、お土産に買って帰りたいと思いスタッフの方に銘柄を尋ねたのですが、その際も本当に親身になって丁寧に教えてくださり、その温かい対応がとても嬉しかったです。（後で地元のスーパーを見たらそのお茶はほぼ売り切れていたので、あの時教えていただけて本当に助かりました！）ゲストの何気ない一言を本当に大切にしてくれるホテルです。 毎日の朝食も最高でした！席に着くと麺料理や卵料理のオーダーを取って出来立てをすぐに持ってきてくれるので、少し急いでいる日でも慌てずに美味しい朝食を堪能できました。 ビーチも徒歩圏内にあり、毎日のお散歩にぴったりの好立地です。 ダナンを訪れる際は絶対にまた戻ってきます。その時はまた、大好きなミンブティックさんに宿泊します！

強いて言うならば、カードキーが1枚しかなく少し不便に感じたので、部屋の人数分（2枚）用意していただけるとさらにありがたかったです。

Our stay in Da Nang was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The hotel is in a perfect location on a quiet, peaceful street, yet everything you could need is just a short walk away—spas, massage places, restaurants, bars, and cafés. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. What made this stay truly unforgettable was the incredible service from Young. She is, without a doubt, the best hotel staff member we have ever met. She went above and beyond to help us with everything—from arranging taxis and scooter rentals to recommending amazing local spots and making spa reservations. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference and made us feel so welcome. The reception area is also stunning, with its beautiful design and colorful fish creating a lovely first impression every time you walk in. We honestly can’t find the words to describe how wonderful this stay was. If you’re visiting Da Nang, don’t hesitate to book here—you won’t regret it. Highly recommended!

Lot of restaurants and shops around this hotel. Staff was very nice, helpful and spoke English very well. Everyone from reception to kitchen and housekeeping crews seem to happily working together. They appeared to be a well run team. We also enjoyed their great quality breakfast food and variety selections every day. Our room was decorated with beautiful detail woodwork. It’s a pretty Zen place with a koi pond and cool mists spraying now and then. Lastly we want to shout out to Sophia for her hospitality services. She’s very attentive, always ready to assist with great attitudes, and her thoughtful thank you note with coconut crackers ( yummy).
