まず、ホテルの雰囲気が最高に良い。エントランスを入った瞬間に外とはガラッと雰囲気が変わって、良い体験になった。 また、スタッフとのコミュニケーションは基本英語だが、LINEで担当の方がついてくれ、そちらではとても丁寧な日本語で対応してくれる。 朝食はビュッフェ形式で美味しい。ビュッフェはもちろん食べ放題。そのほか1泊1品まで日替わりの食事をいただくことができ、こちらはスタッフが聞きにきてくれる。 総じてとても良い宿泊体験になった。また泊まりたい。

持参していた歯ブラシをコップに立てかけておいたら、おそらくホテルのアメニティと勘違いされたのか、捨てられていた。自分のものであるアピールが必要ですね。

Beautiful hotel, the lobby, room and rooftop are stunning. The pool was very nice, the room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was super helpful and sweet. The breakfast was great. A short (5 minutes) walk to the beach front and many good restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again.

I like the comfortable beds and the clean room. I loved the fish with its open air design. The whole place had a calm traditional feel. The staff were so helpful.

There was no fault I could find. I guess for some foreigners they may want to have a lounge area with air con but this did not bother me.

Tout était parfait ! L’accueil était chaleureux et professionnel, l’emplacement est idéal et correspond parfaitement à la description. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Tout était propre, confortable et bien organisé. Rien à signaler, tout s’est très bien passé. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation
