The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and always willing to help. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome throughout our stay. We were especially touched when they even wrote a handwritten card for us at check-out. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our experience truly memorable. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality we highly recommend staying here.

We’ve been travel around Vietnam for 5 weeks, this was the best buffet breakfast by far. Their menu was updated every day with fresh and great quality food. The young staff were hard workers, pleasant and always polite.

We didn’t rank location higher due to ongoing constructions and empty plots near this hotel…Just looked unattractive. It took us about 15 minutes to walk to the beach.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und auch das Design und die Lage waren gut. Das Frühstück war sehr gut ausgewählt

Leider ist das Design teilweise sehr unpraktisch und die Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Das Wetter war sehr heiß und die Durchlüftung schlecht, weshalb der Aufenthalt gerade nachts im Zimmer nicht toll war (es wurde sehr muffig).

Can not fault the staff and facilities. Would recommend this stay to anyone who plans to visit Da Nang.

Clean hotel with unique decor, very kind staff, lovely rooms, and a super comfortable bed

I did find that the room lacks bedside tables and charging points near the bed, and the toilet space feels a little tight.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. When we arrived and were greeted by ice tea and crackers. We sat and watched the koi as the lovely staff prepared our check in. The room was very spacious, clean and overall lovely aesthetic. The staff particularly Young were so attentive, she messaged us recommendations for not only da nang but our next stop hoi an aswell. The breakfast was very tasty and had many options. The pool was quiet and had amazing views. And to top things off as we checked out we were again given iced tea and crackers, but not only that we received a heartwarming note and pack of crackers as a gift. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in da nang, you will not be disappointed!
