I like the location, the room and the price

I was disappointed with my last stay due to an incident involving a cleaner. I accidentally left some belongings in the room and was still waiting in the lobby while the room was being checked. However, the staff member who found my items did not inform me and apparently kept them instead of reporting them. I only recovered my belongings after calling the hotel and having other staff investigate. While I appreciate the help of the other employees, this experience raised concerns about honesty and trust.

"Comfortable"

Comfortable beds and smart TV. Hot shower with great pressure at level 2, but was not hot when I stayed a night on level 6.

It was a bit noisy, could hear karaoke. The AC unit was super loud too. Some members of staff were better than others.

"Treats both its guests and its employees poorly."

The room.

This hotel treats both its guests and its employees appallingly. I used their laundry service, and when I got the clothes back, they were completely ruined with pink stains so that they were completely unwearable. When I brought this to the hotel’s attention, they flat-out refused to take responsibility, and would not compensate me. They even lied and claimed I hadn’t requested separate washing for the white clothes, which is simply untrue. I explicitly asked for them to be washed separately. Rather than owning their mistake, they tried to shift the blame onto their laundry service. What made the situation even worse was what happened next: the receptionist told me that she would have to cover the cost out of her own salary. That is completely unacceptable. It explains their dishonesty—because they’re clearly more concerned with protecting themselves than doing the right thing. The entire experience was deeply uncomfortable and left me feeling pressured into just dropping the issue. No guest should be put in that position. A hotel that refuses accountability, lies to its customers, and forces employees to pay for management’s mistakes is not just poorly run—it’s unethical. Avoid this place.

Nice big room

Staff wanted to charge us for holes in the bed sheets, which obviously were cause by washing machine, but at the end we got our deposit back.
