Un très bon séjour grâce à : - bonne localisation proche de la lagune (2 min à pied) et de très bons restaurants (la playita, madré masa…) - hôtel familial avec personnel très serviable et réactif (ils nous ont même changé de chambre pour nous mettre à l’étage à la place du rez de chaussée quand une chambre s’est libérée) - chambres très grandes et confortables - tout est en très bon état et bien équipé - piscine agréable

Petits points d’amélioration : - la piscine pourrait être un peu plus souvent nettoyée car elle se trouve sous les arbres - il manque un peu de vaisselle dans la partie cuisine - l’insonorisation est moyenne comme partout au Mexique j’ai l’impression

The room was lovely and had everything you need. It was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the whole place was really well looked after. The location is great too, less than a 10 minute walk to the central Zócalo. The pool area was also very nice and a great place to relax. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel in a great, small town. The hotel premises were always clean and the staff was very attentive. The community was great, and I have to confess one key factor, Bacalar has the best food I've ever tasted in Mexico. It's definitely worth a revisit.

The kitchen in the studios is not well equipped, maybe add more cooking supplies.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, they have friendly staff and the location is amazing.

Great location, very spacious and modern room.

Staff could have been more helpful, didn't offer pool towels for example. Not enough counter space in the bathroom.
