Big, devoid of character, marble floor, nothing in the room apart from a bed and small couch. Big but pointless and definitely not luxury in any sense.

Quiet, clean, close to all. Silk sheets!! Comfortable mattress and pillows!

Bats on tree at times , but they’re all over Bacalar as well.

The location is close to the lake, close to the center, walking distance. It is a new building, comfortable beds, and big rooms. They provide a small breakfast.

The kitchen was not equipped enough for cooking, no spatula for example, 2 frying pans but no pot for boiling anything like a pasta. We pay more money for a place expecting to be able to cook but it was very challenging. Also the apartment was very noisy, lots of dogs barking and cats fighting at night. One night the owners son also had a party, we wanted to go to bed early. At 11 ish-11.30 the staff did intervene and made them stop. And the shower handle was placed very low, as the apartment seemed also suitable for wheelchair users.

Beautiful place ! Also super clean and comfortable with very nice staff. Well located close to bus station and city center / laguna activities.
