My 3 years old still have bites all over her body and face. The place has no fan and no mosquito repellent. This is pure evil. They know very well of their place and do nothing, just receiving money. I communicated but they ignored me

I think you should uplift your breakfast to an English breakfast

Cleaners must use handy Andy everyday especially in the toilet and the bedding to be changed every day.

The aircon was not working and there was no way to regulate the water temperature and the kitchen was not always available for our use

Nothing,the stuff got no hospitality,No aircon,microwave,kattle,tea stuff the Mattress was worse😭😭😭😭

Mattress,No Aircon,No towels,No extra blankets,no kattle and coffee or tea stuff etc

The play area for kids and also it was easy to locate the property.

We couldn't watch the TV for our entire stay since there was no signal 🥲

1.There is a restaurant and pool with slide in the lodge . 2.The staff is kind. 3. We can see a ostrich. 4. My kids love so much T-bone staek. So nice.^^ 5. Beautiful place.

1. Water is leaking from the roof .(when we stay, it was raining) We have to move a bed. ^^;; Please check this room's roof. 2. When I went to this lodge, main road was closing. So we had to drive off road(over one mountain ^^;;) We took a detour.^^; we got lost on the road. If main road is blocking, it's hard to go there. If road is okay, you can come easily. We was unlucky.^^;;
