"Not reasonable price"

Nothing at all however you can leave your baggage on hallway for a few hours.

Swimming pool can’t be used for customers coz of private party. Cockroach in bad. Location not preferable. Bedsheets polyester, no blanket cover, no elevator & expensive rates. No luggage deposit room

Location not good crawded

This hotel is no good for people who has large luggage they dont have elevator and the stair is not wide. PWD and elderly no no way here. No drinking water in every floor you need to go down to the reception. Stairs is too tight. No one will help you to bring your luggage down during your checkout. Family rooms is too small for 3 people no wardrobe.

"Nice, clean hotel, but for the same price, you can get more bang for the buck somewhere else."

Receptionist was very nice and helpful. Hotel is just a few minutes away from SM Lanang.

Rang the hotel about a concern more than a dozen times - no one was answering. Sent an email -- didn't get any reply either. No complimentary coffee/tea or water heater. Shower wasn't warm enough for us. Pool is not free, by the way.
