"Would definitely stay in a different accommodation if I were to come back to Davao again."

Staff were very slow to serve breakfast. It took more than an hour for a simple breakfast. Also requested to use an iron but was told straight to pay 100 for it. Customer service could definitely be improved.

"Glad I take photos of damage prior to stay"

I liked the location just walking distance from the mall

There is no useable pool(500 pesos per hour to rent pool.luckily I take pictures when I enter the room. When checking out they accused me of staining sheets. My pics showed they were there. This facility is false advertising amenities and hopes to falsely accuse you to make money.

Everything. I love how clean the room is and how polite the staff are.

I think the stairs are too narrow. When my husband and I were going down, we encountered one guy, who was about to go up, but he stopped on his track to allow us to pass by.
