The pillows and mattress were really good and comfortable. Staff were really attentive and nice. AC was really good. Near to the places we planned to visit during the stay.

The area is really good... close to the sm mall, the AC is quite and the rooms are clean

If you lost the key 1000 Pesos! If you want another blanket... 50 Pesos per day...which isn't a blanket.. The walls are paper thin... you hear everything Small issues... without could be much better

The place was pretty good especially for the amount I paid for. Room was big, the bed was cosy, the facilities are great even though I didn't get to swim in the pool. The staff are nice and really helpful. Location is great especially if you want to attend events in SM Lanang. I can say it's safe despite the surroundings so don't let that fool you. Davao people are really nice and it's safe even if you walk in the middle of the night.

I wouldn't say "not like". The water in the shower wasn't strong enough but it shouldn't hinder you from staying here. Maybe I wasn't using it properly but yeah not really a biggie as I don't spend most of my time in the shower.

Room is clean and ok

Air-conditioning not good, blanket very thin, no hot shower.

Everything was fine, except there were ants in the comfort room / shower area. It's bearable, and nothing else was wrong, but we had to take care of the ants not getting into our food at night. AC is settable, TV has Netflix, bed is comfy and clean.

Our flight to Davao was delayed and we arrived past midnight in the accommodation. Joy was the front desk at that time and she accommodated us, fixed the minor shower issue, and even prepared an early breakfast for us because of our early tour. The overall experience was great and will surely be back here. For improvement - Tried to contact their contact details posted here in booking.com for our initial request but unfortunately they didn't respond in calls and email.
