Very nicely appointed room (fridge, microwave, coffee maker). Very new room. Comfortable. Quiet.

TV had issues. I don't much watch TV so I really didn't care.

My reservation got mixed up in the translation from booking to the hotel. The hotel was amazing and more than accommodated the fix. They went above and beyond any expectations and they were so wonderful and kind during the whole mix up. It was wonderful. Will be staying again for sure.

"The Best hotel stay ever!"

The manager London was exceptionally accommodating and very attentive to all my needs I'm disabled so she gave me an upgraded room on the ground floor instead of making me use the stairs, the rooms were spacious and the bed was so dang comfortable it made it hard to leave the room and we got ice cream each evening from the management, great breakfast, great staff, great location and just a great place to stay I'm looking forward to my next trip to Vernal UT. A 100 % positive experience I would recommend to all my friends and anyone else looking to stay in Vernal
