The employees were quick to refund our money so we could go somewhere family friendly

The Internet was out for most of our stay. The tvs didn't work and the coffee pot in the room didn't work. The pool looked like murkey water. And the hot tub wasn't working either. The continental breakfast was little to nothing so we ate out every day we were here. We complained every day as well. I understand things happen but they could have let their customers know that it was happening. I could have cancelled and gone to a different hotel had I known. I couldn't cancel by the time we got there.

The hotel was very quiet despite being on the main road. Usually hotels are very noisy because people come and go in the evening. This was not like that, super quiet. The room was obviously recently renovated, very clean and tastefully done. It was an older hotel and had lots of charm.

Family room suited our needs. Super helpful and friendly staff at check in and at breakfast.

It’s a pretty basic offering and fells a little tired (older carpet etc), but it’s clean and comfy and everything we needed for a night on the road.

It was a novel touch being offered an ice cream treat upon check in. Very enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like.
