Nice staff. Clean

Husband had to shower in cold water. Hotel is kind of shabby and needs an update

Nothing ! Cancelled after seeing it . It’s a workers hotel not a family holiday place as all.

Entrance ! Vagrant walking about at the front , 2 scruffy individuals sitting on the pavement drinking. Had the look of a place not well maintained. Sign outside saying workers welcome ! Obviously not a hotel for families or tourists.

The lady on duty at the time was very helpful in keeping us on the ground floor. She had to unblock the toilet.

Friendly staff and in a good location close to a lot of nearby attractions.

We did have two dogs and got put in a pet friendly room where there was hair from the previous people and smelt awful. The hotel it’s dated and was older.

Staff was very friendly

Rooms were NOT very clean when we.checked in....and they charged us for not showing service dog paperwork two days after we left
