I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was beautiful with a lovely view. The reception was excellent, and the hotel staff were very kind and cooperative. The hotel’s location is truly stunning. Special thanks to Mr. Febin Sabu.

There was no daily housekeeping service, and the breakfast options were limited.

I received a great 5 star room, with modern and new facilities, overlooking the Munnar mountains. The stuff was friendly and helpful. The hotel seems not to have any facilities other than the room, but if this does not bother you, and it does not bother me, then this hotel is also the best value for money. Highly recommended!

The pictures match reality.

First and foremost, service awareness. We were greeted by a young man, a friend of the property owner. He did not know how to answer the questions asked. There was a problem with the air conditioner that was only fixed after I insisted. Breakfast scheduled for 7:30 did not arrive until 8:30 when we had to leave. The property manager did not inform us that it would not be served, did not apologize, and did not excuse us. Do not be tempted by the pretty pictures.
