Room & surroundings are excellent. Perfect getaway place with a calm & quiet ambience. Staff were welcoming & friendly.

The property is just as advertised, and the views from the room's terrace are amazing. It was a very comfortable place to stay, with a large room, nice decor - we really felt at home. The bed was comfortable and we slept well, and the shower was good and strong. An Indian breakfast is provided as part of the booking, but when I asked for tea/coffee, toast, butter and jam, they provided it for those in our group who wanted it. The Indian breakfast was also tasty.

Perhaps because of the special breakfast request, breakfast was late both mornings. It wasn't a problem in itself, but it meant our driver was waiting for 30-40 minutes before we were ready to leave

The location and views were really nice. The staff was cordial and helpful. Jion was very friendly and did his best to keep us comfortable.

The property is over priced (Rs6500 per night) and is more of a homestay than hotel. There is no restaurant available in the premises and has no facilities other than just the rooms. The access to the property is quite narrow and tricky to drive through. The breakfast was paltry. There are way been options available with many more facilities for the same cost. For the first time the booking.com rating fell grossly short for our expectation.
