This is a wonderful hotel. A beach paradise with an elegant European Italian touch. The staff were amazing. The facilities were incredible and the food was delicious (and probably the best in Isla Holbox). The location right on the beach is unbeatable!

The property was beautiful, had a lovely setup with their restaurant and lounge chairs in front of a great stretch of the beach. We loved the breakfast with fresh juices every morning, the friendly staff, and the sweet dogs roaming around. The location was fabulous too and within short walking distance to town.

Nothing to complain about. Service and location were great and the room was clean and comfortable.

The overall decor and aesthetic was really great without being pretentious. The attention to detail from the on site owners to the reception staff, housekeeping and restaurant staff was fantastic. It never felt like the classic tourist being overly indulged by the working staff. Truly felt like guests vs. just another tourist to cater to.

What a great place! We spent 3-4 days here and never really found a reason to leave the hotel grounds. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the beach is just so nice! This is not a giant hotel, so there’s limited amount of other guests, which makes it almost feel like you’re in your private hotel. The rooms were insanely nice, comfortable, and well decorated.

We were asked to pay a deposit via PayPal, and since this isn’t really a cheap hotel, it all felt a bit weird and dodgy at first. Mostly because I’ve never been asked that by a hotel before.

Bearfoot heaven! Very kind staff, excellent service, lovely beach, quiet and relaxing. Walking distance to everything.
