"Cute spot with patio and very local"

7.0

We loved the room. High ceilings, storage space, mosquito net, good working and quiet fan and the option to use AC. We also loved the patio outside. We would sit there at night to play cards and have a beer. We also loved the owner. Super sweet woman who helped us with our laundry and renting a motorbike. Both super affordable and quickly arranged. The hotel is located in a local area. Expect to need a motorbike to visit restaurants or places. Its a perfect location to go visit all the main attractions at Bohol.

The room is not very noise-proof. At the first morning we woke up by loud music from a neighbor. He shut it down after I walked down and told him to. The owner of the hotel was so very sorry about this and also had a talk with him later that day. So yeah its not the hotel’s fault. Also a lot of roosters and motorbikes. Also not the hotel’s fault. Just to let you know to bring good earplugs! We also thought the bed was a bit too small for the two of us and kinda hard… Water pressure is not great. We needed to use a bucket to shower. Other than that we really enjoyed our time here. Its good for 2 max 3 nights in our opinion. Also based on how much there is to see.

Friendly and helpful owner. She cooks a good breakfast too. The room is basic, but clean and comfortable. There's a mosquito net that is a necessity and covers the entire bed. There was an AC unit that cost 300 extra per night, the fan was good enough for me. The bathroom is compact and rustic. A toilet, sink and shower/water tap. A towel, soap and two packets of shampoo were provided. Although there's no hot water, a cool shower is refreshing in the May heat. There's a bucket and scoop or a shower head. The latter worked poorly. There's two terraces and they're lovely to sit in. There's also a garden with is very nice. Overall, you get a lot for the price.

The facilities are basic and rustic, but that's priced in. There's no hot water, but I knew that anyway. It can get noisy in the morning due to roosters crowing, dogs barking and motor vehicles. All this just just part of the province charm.

"Perfect, comfortable stay in quiet area"

10.0

Can’t recommend this place enough - the owner was extremely friendly and helpful at all times, the room was comfortable and spotless clean, the bed was super comfortable with mosquito net. Wifi worked well, and free coffee and water was great; the breakfast was exceptional. Quiet, peaceful location.

Nothing bad to say, we loved our stay here.

"Fantastic convenient stay in center of Bohol"

9.0

The location is golden, good wifi, the small terrace has ustensiles and plates which is super convenient with water also. The beds are comfy. The room was spacious. For the price, this was by far our best accomodation in the Bohol province.

The noise from nearby roosters can be intense, but there was nothing the owners or us could do about it.

"Exceptional!"

9.0

Ate Nita, the owner of the place, is very nice, helpful and accommodating. Very calm at night that you can have a good sleep. The rooms are cute and comfortable. Ate Nita prepared very good breakfast for the four of us. Very good breakfast! She can arrange tricycle rental for 1 day. We availed full day rental of tricycle and visited man made forest, sanctuary of tarsier (not the conservatory, if you want to avoid crowds, visit the sanctuary of tarsier instead of conservatory), Pangas Falls and Chocolate hills plus the market of Batuan where we bought fruits and turon! Kuya RJ is the name of our tricycle driver and he is nice too! The location of this hotel is near the chocolate hills. We visited chocolate hills 2 times, 1st visit in the morning, we woke up at 5 am and started walking to chocolate hills (around 4km) to catch sunrise, avoid crowds and take photos. And then the 2nd visit was at 4 pm and honestly it was too crowded.

Nothing ☺️
