Stay at Sanremo Oasis Cebu

The view outside

Aircon was not working.We tried to contact the host but she's so unpolite. I did not finished my stay there because it was so hot .We complain the drain in the kitchen sink is clogged, instead to fiind a solution to solve the problem she blamed us instead even we just arrived . many things need to repair and replaced. Feel bad to write this comment, but I hope the management will do something to improve and give satisfaction to the customer.

It was peaceful, no loud noises. All the security guards were nice and helpful.

1. The couch was not properly cleaned. 2. The fridge also has a little dirt. 3. The wifi was not working properly even though I had already turned it on and off. 4. Because the wifi is not working properly or it just has a slow internet connection, we can't access Netflix or we can't even use the TV at all. 5. About the swimming pool, we didn't have enough time to use it because of its limited availability or schedule. 8 am to 8 pm. As for us, or other families having a vacation, at 8 am or early in the morning, we are already outside exploring the different tourist spots here in Cebu to get the most out of it, and most of the time, we will be back at Sanremo pass 8 pm or just a minute before it closes. No chance to enjoy the pool to have some relaxation after having a tiring day outside haha I suggest 8 am - 10 pm would be good.

air conditioning is not working it was really hot children couldn’t sleep.

The room is not clean, rice cooker is damage, the bed is damage and merong cockroach sa room. Kindly clean it thoroughly po for the next renter. It's very disappointing.
