Stay at Sanremo Oasis Cebu

We liked the pool and the garden or like the view of the building.

First of all, there was not enough instructions provided by the host on what to do upon arrival. The host responds late, too. There were cockroaches. Cabinet is broken, but functional. Remote to the TV doesn't work properly. Table is so low. It's like a kid's table. The cabinets were dusty, too. The wires were just not placed properly. They're all just hanging there.

We entered down to this creepy basement and into very narrow elevator. Our floor was not marked clearly. Everything in the apartment was greasy and dirty from doorknobs to kitchen wares. The fridge smelled. They provided no bath soap or shampoo only ripped old towels. Someone greeted us in the morning to ask for Php200 cash fee!

The place is very dirty, disgusting & not comfortable!!! the owner didn't even bother to clean the place before giving it to the renter!!! full of dust and pests esp small cockroaches!!! AC in one of the rooms is not working and full of dust even their fans!! The owner also blocks you when you try to reach for them thru their number!!!! they are hard to communicate with and don't usually answer but rather block you instead!!!
