Stay at Sanremo Oasis Cebu

We were 4 up until Saturday when my wife joined us we were then naturally 5. We arrived on Monday and recognised there were items missing for a family of five stay for example we had only 1 × mug (4 people) 2 × fork (4 people) 2 × towels (4 people) 3 × sheets (4 people) The electric fan in the sala didn't work so to watch tv the door had to be left open/ajar. There was an issue with the over zealous security guard at the pool denied us (4 1ad 3kds) entry because we didn't have an all access code (not supplied). After four or five emails, on Friday all the room issues were finalised but not the fan the pool issue was solved on the day but if we had the code it could have been avoided.

My experience during my recent stay, is unfortunately unsatisfactory. I encountered some staff members who were quite rude and unprofessional. It was disheartening to see the security guard judging guests based on their appearance, which made me feel uncomfortable. The check-in process felt like a hassle, and when I got to my room, I was disappointed to find it untidy and filled with flies. There was a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the restroom, and I noticed there was no exhaust fan to help with ventilation. Also the broken windows made me feel unsecure, even when the door was locked. The overall cleanliness of the place was not up to par; the floors were dusty, and the atmosphere felt uninviting. I also discovered some hidden charges during check-in, which was frustrating, especially since the amenities were not as advertised. Most of all we decided to check out around 1-2 AM because we simply couldn't stay any longer in such uncomfortable conditions. At the end of this review, I’m prompted to share photos of my stay, but it’s tough to capture images of a place that didn’t feel welcoming or well-maintained.

Not much to say only booked for 1 night

Communication with the host so difficult, the unit is in need of updating but some serious cleaning is need neth saw the host just left the keys on the table no were to be seen some safety issues light hanging down in the bedroom with bunkbeds dangerous with children in the room kitchen window will not lock and left open, too get rid of the smell I think, stayed in another unit week before and fantastic 10 out of ten ,lots of lessons to be Learnt for the owner, but some work and money into your apartment and it would be a great place to stay

Comfort to stay and all utensils are useable. The wifi is stable and fast, I am able to do my work online.
