Capital Hotel

Location. Stone's throw from the train station which is why I chose it. Suleiman Sheikh at the "front desk" was very helpful and sincere

Very difficult to find as signage is non existent. The room was very average, tge bathroom was actually nice but overall it looked like a run down joint.

This is my second time in this hotel. I recommend it. Salman and Tofik are very helpful. You may to read my more detailed comment below (12/04/2025)

Very close to CSMT for travellers who need to catch an early morning train.

とてもきれいで、スタッフさん達も優しい。駅も近く、行きたい場所にも動きやすかった。クーラー、温水シャワー、冷蔵庫、どれもよく快適だった。

I really liked my room, the location was great and it was very much worth the price!

My issues were quite a big noise from the traffic outside and communication as first I couldn't get a simple answer on if my late arrival is ok, despite multiple messages and then I wasn't given instructions on how to get to the place (when you're told that they operate 24/7h, you'd expect a normal hotel reception. When I arrived at the place area at 2am I couldn't find the place as the gates were closed and the place was not marked with signs, I wrote a WhatsApp message but no reply, I had to figure out that I have to open the gates from the inside through the fence and once I got inside, the receptionist was sleeping) So it was a bad start but I still give a good score cause otherwise the hotel was really nice, I wish they had just provided good information upfront

Property is right in front of CSMT Railway station

No elevator , climbing on stairs with heavy luggage is an issue

Good location, helpful staffs, clean big room.

No elevator, must climb stairs.
