Really kind and helpful staff. Very happy with my room.

Nothing really.

The location was central. near to the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Railway Terminal. Many restaurants in the vicinity. Taxis easily available. The staff were very helpful, especially Towfique and Guddu. Towfique even arranged to recharge my SIM card from a previous visit in January 2025.

My Room was on the 3rd floor. Everyday I had to climb up to 3rd floor at least 5 times. The telephone was not working. So, I had to come down each time I needed something such as collection of clothes for laundry and breakfast etc. Breakfast was 3 slices of bread toast (on 2 days I got 4 slices), butter, jam and omlette - no variety.

Good place and location to stay in Colaba, everything was great. The room is clean and has everything I needed. The staff is friendly, honest and helpful.

Tradeoff to the nice corner deluxe room is that it faces the street but I slept with earbuds and was fine

The accommodation is in a very convenient area to the main attractions and the historic train station! The entrance can be disconcerting the first time because it presented an unusual picture for western visitors: in the courtyard they are constantly cooking, but on the second day this process is like a sightseeing! Tofik was very helpful, helped with an Indian sim card and currency exchange. Due to the central location there is quite a bit of noise from the street (constant honking), but if you sleep well this is not a problem. I miss the courtyard cooks now.

I stayed in this hotel for two weeks and it was a very good stay because of the cleanliness of the hotel, the treatment of the staff and the location of the hotel. I recommend this hotel to anyone, but the price is a little high.

Excellent location for railway station, very kind and helpful staff.

The room was good, clean and was ok stay. Not a traditional hotel arrangement as it seems to be the back end of a larger building, rooms coming off open walk way, access to entrance being hard to find. Big advantage being close to main train station. Good hot water. Stayed 1 night, seems designed for travelling business locals more than tourists, no card facilities so expect to pay cash for room. the staff were friendly and polite and helped with recharging my local Sim and happy to answer any questions. No dining area but you can get food cooked and delivered to room
