Capital Hotel

This is my second stay at the Capital and my second Five Star rating. The hotel is a little gem in a perfect location . Beds are comfortable , rooms are clean and spacious with great A/c . Private bathroom /shower . The immediate area of Fort is vibrant and bustling , great bargains and street food. Train stations , CMST is straight across the road and Churchgate is about ten minutes walk. Hotel staff 24/7 and are always ready to help with a friendly smile. Looking forward to my next stay. My dubbelroom was spacious with 2 comfortable beds, towels, sheets, ac, TV, bathroom and very clean. Its only 150 m from CSMT station and 30 minutes walk from Gateway of india. Even if its in a central location its fairly quiet, and has lots of restaurants nearby. Good value for money.

Great location. Kettle, fridge and smart tv. Good sized room and bathroom. 24hr hot water.

Outside aspect is old and unappealing

Convenient for station and early train connection. Convenient for the sights of old Mumbai

Awkward to find entrance, no signs. Staff outside the room noisy at night and morning. Not any higher quality restaurants around.

Location was spot on. With CST station literally across the road, commute to friends was amazing

There is a banner on the entry door which says "Women not allowed". I am not sure what that means. Room is next to a busy road, so the noise itself sometimes becomes bit of an issue

Cleanliness and attention

Outside the room, it is not that clean. İt can be felt too noisy, since it is located in one of the busiest centers of Mumbai.
