The location is amazing next to Victoria station !

Saw a small baby rat or mouse 🐀 running around in my room 1 day! It’s verrrry expensive for what it is

Only male's hotel. No option for staying with family.

Because of the location, it is noisy.

Great central location (but that means it is noisy), just minutes from CMST. Staff were very friendly and always on hand to assist. Room had fridge and a safe. TV also had English channels.

Capital Hotel is surrounded by interesting places to explore on foot. Nearby train station for easy access to more distant attractions. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Double room was comfortable with great A/C.

There was a sign on the front door stating "no females" and I certainly would not recommend this to female travellers. I was hugely relieved to be traveling with my partner who looks quite like a burly man Room was clean, however the paint was peaing and there were clear signs of damp everywhere - was relieved it was not monsoon time! I would not stay in anything other than delux rooms - as the rest are occupied by men (often sharing rooms) and it feels more of a bunk house than a hotel. Don't be shocked when you arrive!

Don’t judge the hotel by first impressions. I arrived midnight and taxi driver couldn’t find hotel entrance. Once found the courtyard you walk into seems sketchy. But once you get over that, the hotel is excellent. I booked single room which was fine ( small) but on second day upgraded to double ( thanks) which was very good, large room big window you could open, kettle, fridge, safe, wifi, clean, comfortable. Breakfast was omelette and toast which was good. The staff of Soleman, Hayat Ali and Guddu were fabulous. Went out of their way to help - arranged SIM, changed money at reasonable rate and generally looked out for me. Location excellent near CST station, western fast food, mini mart & lots of local food. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and being a solo older woman felt very safe. Thank You
