Excellent location. I got a bigger room than the one I initially booked. It was very clean. Cleaned daily. The reception staff is very kind and friendly as well as all people who work at the Capital. I felt safe and taken care of. The area is also safe. I’d recommend going for one of the deluxe rooms on the top floor. As someone mentioned earlier the exact address is 105 Hazarimal Somani Road. Excellent complimentary breakfast at Residency hotel, 3* hotel of the same chain about 10min walk from Capital hotel. Warm welcome from Peter and great service from the breakfast team. The food is very good. At the reception of residency hotel they offer excursions and day trips, as well as currency exchange without commission and at a decent rate.

Will give a round off very honest review and hopefully this helps. I travelled to Mumbai for a little over 2 weeks and decided to stay at Captial Hotel as it was the only location that fit my budget. Postivies - The room itself was clean I was put in the Deluxe room which was big and the beds and facilities were fine. - The staff at the premises were nice and very accomodating although I didnt speak the language and were very hospitable -Received regular towels and amenities -Breakfast at residency hotel is a treat and the staff are lovley! If youre staying for a few days and can manage the noise pollution and dont mind closing your eyes as you enter the premises its a mangageable stay.

-The noise due to the location never ends, so if you are a light sleeper, this wont be your spot. You have car horns that continue till 12 midnight and start again at 6am, so it is probably one of the worst spots to hang around especially in the evenings when traffic is at its peak. -Entrance to the "hotel"is probably one of the least likeable things of this place and definitelty needs to be improved on. -There were little cockroaches around from the room not being used alot im assuming -Certain rooms accomodate large groups of men, which also equates to more noise so if youre a female traveller alone its best to be bit careful. -The building is also shared by other tenants or people who stay at the far end, areas could be divided better for more secuirty of guests - Had a few issues with water and AC but they were fixed quickly

Location was perfect, staff were very friendly, the room was spotless! Breakfast was full of verity and again friendly and very helpful.

The location is very good, the view at former Victoria Station is so beautiful! And it is nearby restaurants. The breakfast in the other hotel, not so far from Capital is very, very good. All you could wish. Continental and local possibilities. And the people of the hotel/restaurant are more than friendly and have a good sense of humor! I loved it. The people of Capital were also very friendly and helpful. The room was good with a good bathroom! And the wifi was also oké.

The location is very good, close to many tourist destinations. There are also many restaurants nearby. Room is spacious. The staff are friendly and polite. They respond to your requests fast. They gave me breakfast for free.

The hotel shares a courtyard with a restaurant. There are restaurant staff working in the courtyard. When I arrived, they gave me a room on the ground floor. I didn’t feel safe staying there, but after negotiating they upgraded me to a twin room at the same price. If you travel solo, I would suggest you book their deluxe single room. The environment doesn’t look like the safest place, but the staff are always around, so it is actually safe. It’s hard to find the hotel. 105 Hazarimal Somani Rd is the address (next to Bandra New High School). I doubt the complementary water in the plastic bottle is mineral water, maybe just filter water because the caps are not sealed. There’s no window in the room.
