The bed was comfortable and the room quiet.

The staff was not the most endearing. The presumed manager didn’t even look at me when I was leaving after I having been there a number of times.

Lovely place with really kind and attentive family. It feels like you’re staying with family, really good and clean bedrooms and quiet area and still close to Tamel main shops and restaurants, walking distance. There is a small restaurant next door to the house and the food is really good there! I will definely recommend and come back in the future

We had the best stay at Kathmandu Peace Guesthouse! The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, they were so helpful ad we felt so welcomed! Our room was exactly what we expected and we wish we were able to stay more than one night! We would 100% stay here again if we're in Kathmandu again, and would recommend it to everyone we know!

Highly recommend this lovely family owned guesthouse. The family are super nice and really helpful with making all sorts of bookings e.g., bus to Pokhara. We were also able to leave luggage with them for free while we went trekking for 2 weeks. Great rooftop terrace with a view over Kathmandu. Nice rooms, clean, no thrills. The location is really good too, just a 1min walk and you're on the main streets of Thamel.

It is very close , two minutes walk , to the tourist bus station, where I tool a bus to Pokhara. The owner is kind to indicate the short cut to the bus station.

A great place to stay in Kathmandu. Lovely, very friendly and helpful staff. The location is great, quiet, very close to the tourist bus stop if one wants to go to Pokhara, easy access to Thames. Our room was very clean with nice hot shower. Very comfy bed, I slept like a log. Our flight was in the evening and although we checked out in the morning there was no problem to leave the luggage and collect it in the afternoon. Definitely a place I will stay again at.
