Super cosy, perfect...

Outstanding service - owner was available at all times and washed our laundry for free. Nice, big and clean room. Short walk to beach, stores and restaurants.

The A/C seamed to only have one fan-power level which was a bit high on intensity. But there was also a fan available. Otherwise everything was very good

- most helpful owner - extremely clean - hot water and great bathroom - little balcony - rooftop - AC working well - very close to beach/restaurants One of the best hotels we stayed in sri lanka! Best value for money

The host is absolutely lovely and goes above and beyond to help. Thank you! The location is perfect, the rooms are spotless, and the beds are super comfortable. A real bonus for us was the free washing machine (just bring your own detergent) and the rooftop drying area.

Very close to restaurants of all kind and the Negombo Beach with great mix of all nationalities. Warm water shower and superclean room.

Very nice owner, who also pick me up at airport. Nice apartment in perfect location. Good bed and everything clean. If i come come back to Negombo i'll stay again

Breakfast was included but the host offered to bring free fruit juice in the morning. Lots of good spaces to eat in the area anyway. The host also did washing for us free of charge and also arranged his father to take us to the airport. We appreciated his attentiveness.

The hotel offered excellent facilities, including well maintained and very clean comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly.
