Hotel Marilyn

The staff was amazing, really helpful, available and giving good advices. They pick-up us at the airport for a fair price in the middle of the night.

The house and room were nice and fresh, newly renovated. The bathroom didn't keep the same standard but it's still good. The cleanliness, especially in the bathroom wasn't great. Toilet bowl wasn't clean, shower walls were dirty, I had to pick up someone elses hair from the shower drain so the water could run down. For a higher standard there could have been soap in the bathroom, a trash can (without having to ask for it) and a small light by the bed. The bed was ok but you could feel the springs from the mattress in your back, not too comfortable. I got to use the pool next doors for a 1000 rps but it was also very run down and didn't feel clean. The location is very good and the owner was very kind and helpful. I still had a good stay here, these things didn't bother me too much. Your experience depends on your personal standard.

Excellent location, close to the beach and the main road where all the shops and restaurants are. Host is very kind and considerate. Noticed there wasn’t a mosquito net in the room and asked if he had one available. He promptly brought out a new one and set it up. Hot water was great. After check out, I asked if I could leave my belongings for the day before going to the airport. He kindly agreed and when I came to collect them, he stated I could use the facilities to shower if I needed to freshen up before going to the airport, I had told him I would be at the beach all day. I was able to dry my clothes on the rooftop and it started to rain, he kindly collected my clothes so they wouldn’t get wet. After I left, he messaged to check if I got to the airport ok, host is super nice and caring.

Spacious and clean room with warm water and a very comfortable bed close to the beach.

Bed is a bit hard, basic room, but everything you need!

Spacious room with everything you need. Shame we only had one night as we could have stayed longer! Host was communicative and welcoming - easy check in, well located near the beach and restaurants.

Towels need replacing.

The hotel is right in the city center, which was great. I stayed for one night, and everything was okey.
