"Affordable family option near the Beehive"

Great quiet location in a residential area near Bolton Hotel, Botanical Gardens and The Beehive. Several Bedrooms across 3 floors. Great communication with owners.

There was no air conditioning and there were quite a few spiders roaming about (particularly an issue for our daughters)

Price was awesome for the location and space. Nice comfortable property, had a homely feel. Really liked the amount of space and surrounding greenery. Pretty quiet considering it’s close to the motorway. Close to city centre, 10 min walk in to the city, property located up a steep street though so need to be fairly fit or get a uber back. Garage parking a real bonus but recommend a small vehicle due to turnaround space being pretty tight.

Small things really, overall great value for the price: No iron or ironing board (that I could find) Some cleaning supplies would be helpful Top floor bathroom smelled like urine, possibly around toilet floor, would have been good to have something to clean the floor with, had to keep the window open
