Bem localizado, perto da saída da estação de trem.

Televisão inútil, pois não tinha controle remoto no quarto e quando pedimos ninguém da staff sabia onde estava. Wi-Fi caindo constantemente. Chuveiro com temperatura irregular. Café da manhã bastante fraco. Taxa adicional (ILEGAL) por pagamento com cartão.

A localização muito próxima da estação comboios. Água do banho muito boa e quente! Pequeno almoço básico. Excelente qualidade preço.

Como ficamos hospedados duas noites, o que não é habitual, não fizeram a limpeza diária nem as camas. Seria um ponto a melhorar.

Personal muy amable que siempre ayudan con informaciones. Cama muy cómoda.

The location was ok and they had an elevator to reach the upper floors.

No A/C even though that's why I booked this room. They said none of their rooms have AC. I also booked a king bedroom, but they only gave me a double bed, and the room had an extra single bed. The tap was broken in the bathroom, there was only one shampoo sachet in the bathroom even though there were two of us in the room, the clothes hook behind the door was broken, the lamp in the mid side table was falling off. I informed the reception by having to go downstairs as they did not have a working phone in the room. The guy came up and fixed these things which was fine. We paid in USD and did not receive a receipt from the front desk as they said their system was broken. LOL. There was no toaster oven during the breakfast and so the bread was cold. The bathroom in the lobby was pretty messy and no toilet paper.

I stayed one night to visit Machu Picchu the next morning. I had booked two rooms (one for my wife and me; another for a friend). We arrived at 11:00 PM, exhausted, and the front desk had not set aside my friend’s room. After a wait, they moved him to a hotel next door. In my room, the linens were in poor condition—a towel full of holes and bed sheets visibly patched and knotted at the corners—and there was no hot water. Taking a cold shower in ~10°C weather in Aguas Calientes is unacceptable. Additionally, there was no drinking water available at the hotel, and at that hour there was nowhere open to buy water. At checkout, the hotel’s internet/system was down, so they couldn’t charge my card and insisted on cash, forcing me to find an ATM and pay international withdrawal fees. They refused reasonable alternatives such as: • charging the card on file with Booking later • sending a payment link afterward • allowing me to pay on my return (I was leaving my luggage at the hotel while visiting Machu Picchu) Bottom line: a frustrating experience well below the minimum standard. Not recommended.

Central location, spacious and very clean rooms with great wifi signal and hot shower, comfortable beds. Not much variety of breakfast however it was delicious. Location is not very central however it is a 5-10 min walk to the main market and ministry of culture.

Staff does not speak English very well, wanted to cancel one night in advance however did not receive any response so had to pay full price anyways. Noise isolation should be done as you can hear everything that is said in the other rooms.
