That the hotel exists.

In reality the hotel Ausangate does not exists. Rather you have to find Chakana hotel (your booking is that hotel). I spent 30 minutes trying to find Ausangate. Nobody answered on the phone . The room and the towels are quite dirty, not clean at all. There is no sound insulation at all. We could hear every word spoken in the other rooms by other guests. Breakfast is served until 8am., but nobody said about it at check-in. We didn't got it.
