Location, look, cleanliness it was a pretty good stay.

Property was good and nice. Just sad that I have left a watch and small bag and no-one has reached out to me about this.

Great communication with the owner. IClear instructions about the code and place to locate the keys and Wi-Fi key. Location very close to the avenue, friendly and quiet area to rest.

"Comfortable Stay"

Location was close to I-95 & about 12 minutes from Wilton Manors. The kitchen was great and also updated. Shower was hot and decent pressure.

Outdoor chairs were missing slats. So not really comfortable. The bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working. The blinds are great, but feel like there needs to be curtains too since it's very bright in the morning. I'm saying this because we wanted to sleep in and couldn't because of the bright morning light.

"Over all, it needs work done. It’s not horrible, however it does need to look more presentable esp for the price."

It was ok….. for the price I was expecting something a bit bigger. It does need work. It needs painting, a new bed (as my husband almost fell off bc of a slope mattress) and the back needs to look a bit more inviting.

As stated above. The back (the dock) needs to be cleaned up and made more presentable.
