It was in a good location close to 95 easy access to the roads.

The rental was dirty, you can hear everything from the neighbors above you to the music across the river.

It was an awesome space, well equipped in my opinion - I did do some cooking as well and used the fridge quite a bit. It was like my own little space for a short week. The area just in the patio is actually really nice to just sit and have coffee or sit on the computer or just sit and look at the small lake. It's quiet and the comfortable beds make for a nice sleep.

I thought it would be more centrally located to the walking area of Fort Lauderdale. It's about a 35 minute walk, and it would have been nice to be a little bit closer, but it's also nice that it's tucked away and quiet as well. The neighborhood felt very quiet and safe So pick your battles I suppose.

There were excellent bus links nearby, the back porch looking onto the river was lovely & there were some issues when I got there but the host sorted them all out quickly.

You need to take your own hairdryer (though in request I was provided with one), and although the streets the accommodation is on are lovely, as soon as you get to the main road it feels a bit sketchy, I didn’t feel comfortable walking around there main road area after dark by myself. A ton opener would be a welcome addition.

The bed was very comfortable and the back door had a nice view. Everything was very accommodating and convinced stores are very close

The front door’s top lock was slightly difficult to turn without applying pressure on the door itself.

We booked this apartment for a weekend getaway to attend a Miami Dolphins game. The location was easily accessible to restaurants, shopping, etc. The neighbors were quiet, friendly, and helpful in that they recommended activities and sites for us to see. The apartment was as pictured on the booking site. Very clean and comfortable. The hosts responded promptly to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again whenever we return for another vacation!

Spotted a huge roach when leaving near my suitcase, there was holes and black scratch marks throughout the entire apartment on the corners of the wall. Barely any towels. the bike on the wall that they use for decor is dirty, out side on the patio was dirty as well. Spider webs on the ceiling lamp when I walked in. Parking space was horrible for unit 2, gave me anxiety when pulling out no space at all to park. Remote for tv you have to literally be 1ft away for the remote to work. This place was the worst place I ever stayed in. I will not return to this spot. Pictures are catfishing.
