⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 I had a great stay at this modern Riverview apartment! The location is perfect—very convenient with grocery stores nearby and affordable Uber prices to get around. The view of the river was beautiful and relaxing, with a nice hammock swing that i accidentally sprained my toe on lol so be careful getting off of it! The bed was very comfortable, and the TV/ small kitchenette made it easy to unwind after a long day of work. The AC was definitely loud, but it blasted nice cold air, which was perfect for the miami heat. Overall, a wonderful place to stay with a great mix of comfort, convenience, and nature. The hosts were very responsive/ attentive. Highly recommend!

There is an ant trail next to the door/ near the ceiling. The porch door is a bit heavy so it makes a lot of noise getting in/ out. Walls also need a slight repaint. Nothing major place was a vibe!

Comfortable bed and plenty of room for me and my kid.

The walls and base boards in some areas could use a cleaning or paint but other than that it was a good stay

Kitchen well equipped

Internal cleanliness. Floor throughout the apartment needs a deep steam clean. Window frames particularly dirty. Bed linen poor quality. Noise transmission from adjacent and apartment above. Noise insulation required. Patio tables and chairs need to be replaced

The AC was nice and a great location to downtown.

Some of the utensils and glassware were dirty, the towels were not great quality or a good size, no extra blanket or sheets were provided.

Close to attractions Nice outside area for relaxing

It was not clean when we arrived. Hair in the bed, dingy washcloths and towels and there was an odor. Smelled like a wet basement. I was provided with a new blanket (2nd day)and offered sheets; I bought my own sheets and towels on a Walmart run. Staff did provide an ion machine that took away the smell on the second day The water pressure was low and the water didn’t get hot enough for me. Felt like a low budget motel
