Modern Riverview Apartments

The place was very filthy. There was a cockroach in the shower and on the side of the sink. There’s small ants everywhere by the kitchen area. The ice tray was very dirty. I am not satisfied with my stay at all. I reached out to the owner and they still have not answered my phone calls. I will like to receive my full refund.

Rustige locatie, schoon en een zitje buiten met uitkijk op een haven. En een vriendelijke host die snel reageert.

Niets eigenlijk. Een auto is aanbevolen maar dat is zoiezo een must in Florida.

the balcony, waking up to a view, quiet area, the bed was soft

some how the water was leaking from the bathroom into the room, some of my clothes got wet and had to go a wash house near by. the stairs are creaky whenever you walk on them.

I like how fast the owner responds and I got into an accident they allowed me to park my car at the location until it got fixed

Great room, great location and a great host. We enjoyed our stay for the holidays very much.
