Modern Riverview Apartments

I stayed in Unit 2. This place was disappointing. It’s dingy. I almost checked out immediately upon arrival but couldn’t find anywhere else because of the boat show. You can clearly see recent renovations were low quality. It needs some TLC and a real deep clean. The only ‘modern’ things about it were new countertops, lights and AC. It smells damp, the kitchen utensils are old and worn out, bathroom sink slow drains and isn’t level, the outdoor patio is messy covered in clutter and random objects (car batteries?) and the whole place just needs a freshening up inside. On top of that I had the landlord banging on the door asking who owned a corvette outside and if I had any of his Amazon packages?! Suggestion - don’t order anything to these units, especially if you have reservations booked…send to the property manager or office or something?!

I love the location, on the river and by downtown. My stay was amazing. The staff is really friendly. 10/10 would book them again. I accidentally broke the shower curtain and they didn’t give me a hard time. If you’re looking to be close to the downtown area and need a comfortable place to stay, this is it. There’s lots of ducks and iguanas on the river. They have outdoor seating and hammocks. It was very peaceful. Easy to book and check in as well.

The place seemed much better in pictures then real life. Dead roaches on the floor. The cabinets had a smell. The AC unit in the bedroom smelled like mold whenever turned on so I kept that off the entire trip.

Peace and quiet! Beautiful place. Phenomenal bed so comfy

Great location, responsive staff, touch less check in, great for couples

Parking may be a little difficult but management took care to accommodate easy access. Also, they are currently doing some improvements so there’s a lot of tools and construction materials/tools laying around, wouldn’t recommend kids staying there
