Great location. And thats it.

Info about securiti deposit should be more exposed in booking description. 120 EUR is way to much for jus cecuring cleaning. There is zero infornation on what conditions it will not be returned (only that if there will not be clean in the apartment but this means nothing). External app is needed for the checking. Checkin instructions are provided exactly at checkin time so you are unable to read them ahead and prepare. Shitty advertasing/forcing to pay additional fees (for early/late check in). Instructions are written verry badly. Info where are the keys are at the end. No info that key has problems witg the lock and you should not put it to the end. Some instructions in the app are generic or from the other room/location (e. g. Trash). Some relate to printed documents but there were no papers in the room. App has bugs (in dark mode chat input is not visible). Whole communication looks like generated by system. In general app feels like a scam at first glance. And the whole appartment looks like a part of a bigger company that has lots of them and hires third party for taking care which leads to so-so quality. Room was not super clean (found some plastic on carpet and dust on decorations). Room looks nice but is not convenient to use. Bed has sharp edges and there is no easy way to get in or out. The bedding smelled strange. Like it was dusty or very old. Stairs to antresola are not safe for children imho. Some info on booking are misleading. There is no public parking nearby. Nearest one is around 500m from the apartment. You will not get any info about parkings ahead. They will unlock at check in time so either you will be already there or driving so it is better to find something yourself. There are some places on nearby street but good luck finding free one. Overall our experience was bad. I was constatly thinking that if I will touch or use something they will not return securiti deposit. Bed was not comfy for us.

Die Wohnung befindest sich in einer nette Stadtteil und ruhiger Straße in der Fußgängerzone. Die Wohnfläche in der Wohnung ist sehr gut und angenehm optimiert.

Es gibt kein Parkplatz zu dieser Wohnung trotz was Booking.com auf seine Seite unter "Beliebteste Ausstattungen" Es ist einfach falsch und täuscht dem Kunde. Mit Mühe konnten wir uns mit dem Auto an der Wohnung annähern jedoch nur für kurze Zeit zum entladen und wieder aufladen.

Horrible check in process via additional app. Information via bookings, email, app. Luggage deposit was not possible or had to be payed via app. I also had to pay additional service fees, taxes and a security deposit of 120 EUR via the app. The whole check in process gets outsourced to the customers which does not make it user friendly especially since we already used bookings as a booking platform. Door key is not easy to use. We had to call someone to explain how to use it.

Lage

Leider knarrt das Bett im oberen Stock so stark, dass man kaum schlafen kann Die zusätzliche Registrierung über eine separate App und die ständige Kommunikation dazu, hat mich sehr genervt. Keine passende Auskunft zum Thema parken

Nice street and area

Very nice property and though small didn't feel cramped! Good location. We had 4 people but could of had more!

It was lacking some amenities (soap, shower gel). Was an app you had to use to check in which initially had some troubles with. Instructions on the app to find it won’t super clear (instructions to open the lock box is at the end and everything on that street had a wooden door). Are additional costs such as tourism tax (which is fine) but also a deposit and service fee which wasn't included so a bit misleading!
