No welcome all very automated. Prefer a bedside light switch for lower bed. Shower mat would be useful.

Very unique and really nice vibe! Perfect location, had a group of 4 people which was comfortable. Also very affordable, and love that the TV had all the apps like Netflix etc. Beautiful apartment would definitely stay here again :)

Absolutely amazing place.. definitely value for money.. spotless clean, great location and excellent facilities.. the lights and the design offer warmth and cozy ambiance..

The key box was defective and we were 45 minutes late to enter the room.. the response to help us with that was not ideal..

The apartment is clean and well located in a nice area and 20 minutes away walking from the train and bus stations of Ljubljana. The inside ambience feels cozy.

1. Important safety concerns: the steps to access the loft, are narrow and extremely tall. They are a serious concern for kids and adults with less than ideal flexibility or mobility. Lacking a guard rail, there is a high risk of falling. 2. The excessively tall steps are found also in the living room area. I would not consider this place a safe option for kids and adults with some walking issues. 3. The property does emphasize very bluntly their policies and the ever present fees to be paid in case of transgression. For example, you must arrive exactly at 16:00 (4pm) and up to 20:00 (8 pm). Otherwise, you will be charged for early and late arrival a hefty amount. 4. Despite the strict procedures, the actually access the property was stressfully far from perfect: the code to access the entrance keys didn't work and we had to wait for more than an hour without assistance. The best we got was the recommendation to "jiggle a little" the dials to ensure a four digit code to "work". It was by mere accident, that moving the last digit a full number, that the latch door opened. Very frustrating. Five different persons approached us to help. They all tried the code including a resident of the same building who called the owner but there was no answer. The property insisted that it was not possible that the code accidentally keyed could have opened the latch. I do have a video proving them totally wrong, just in case. 5.When we asked about a "green card" to access the trash cans on the street, they replied that it was inside the outside lockbox with the access keys. This was another deviation from reality as there was nothing inside. Only after searching throughout the collection of instructions sheets and manuals in the apartment, we found the "green card" inside a binder. 6.The dishwasher smelled really bad. We had to run a cycle empty to clean the inside. We left the door opened to clear the the foul smell.
