Tulsayab luxury development

The penthouse was really spacious and I loved the greenery around. The little pool on the balcony was great too. The penthouse had 2 AC units which was very good. They had a 20l water bottle and lots of delicious fruits for us upon arrival lasting for many days, was a nice touch we appreciated. The host was available via WhatsApp and replied quickly to any messages, which was really appreciated.

1. Dirt road with lots of topes is really bumpy! However, it is not unique to this dirt road, we've been to a cenote and a nature museum, both had really crap bumpy dirt roads. Just something to be aware of. 2. As with many places in Mexico the toilet paper is not to be flushed. Even with collecting it in the bin the second toilet got blocked and overflew on the first morning. Unpleasant, but the host checked it afterwards and we had no further incidents like that afterwards for the rest of our stay. 3. We didn't have wifi for half of our stay as the cables got damaged during some work in the neighborhood. Not the host's fault though, and they provided access to another wifi that worked by the pool. Luckily we had a local SIM with some data we could share via hotspot. However, I need to mention to be fair that during the first few days when we did have wifi, it was speedy enough for everything we needed it. Others will likely have no wifi issues. 4. They say store all your food items in the fridge as little bugs can come in. It is true! I opened a bag of crisps the first night and put it in the Tupperware container I found there so bugs can't access it. However, I didn't notice the seal of the container was broken. The next day it was full of these ever so tiny little bugs I've never seen before - so much smaller than ants. The next day we bought zip lock bags and had no issues afterwards. Bring some with you!

Очень стильные и удобные апартаменты. Захотелось вернуться ещё раз. Достаточно дикая природа. Очень спокойно и умиротворенно.

A spacious apartment with an outstanding view. We had all sorts of wildlife visiting and mostly had the property to ourselves. The pool was spotlessly clean as were the rooms and gardens. A welcome basket of fresh fruit and water was a lovely touch. The beds were super comfortable and huge. Linen was refreshed every three days as well. We were very sad to leave. Enrique and Carmen were very helpful and quick to respond to our requests. Communication is thorough and any correspondence is answered promptly. We had a rental car so getting around was easy. We will definitely return if we have the opportunity to do so. If you’re looking for peace and quiet and not a resort we highly recommend Tulsayab.

The outdoor furniture is a bit tired. It isn’t a not like. Just an observation. There isn’t an oven but that again is worked around. It’s not a deal breaker.

We had a penthouse which was very spacious and had a great terrace. Nice.view on the sea - very relaxing place. The swimming pool was also great. The sea - not so much, but it was possible to use kayaks for free. The location is remote, quiet at night. The kitchen was equipped well enough. We received some fruits and veggies as a welcome gift

The road is not great but doable with a regular car when driving slowly. It was a bit difficult to adjust the air conditioning at night.

Super ruim verblijf, geweldig uitzicht, van alle gemakken voorzien en het zwembad/aankleding is door een ringetje te halen. Heel mooi opgezet met veel smaak. Veel rust en natuur. Genieten!

Hier en daar mag er wel een likje verf komen. De deuren klemmen (badkamer en voordeur), beddengoed en handdoeken mogen wel vervangen worden en de deuren van het verblijf achter de voordeur konden niet op slot

Communication facile avec l'hôte, qui est resté flexible avec nos horaires d'arrivée. Le penthouse est super, la vue est magnifique et fait vraiment l'effet waouh en arrivant. La literie est bonne. Un lit bébé nous a été mis a disposition ainsi qu'une baignoire pour enfant, merci pour ça. Le calme, le fait de se sentir isolé et non dans un gros resort. La plage est superbe, le jardin extérieur est bien exploité. La mise à disposition des canoes est très appréciée. Ca aurait été un vrai plus de mettre un disposition un petit déjeuner le matin.

L'appartement n'était pas propre. Le sol était sale. Nous retrouvions des cheveux par terre et dans les serviettes propres. Le ménage quotidien était fait mais on s'est rendus compte qu'ils faisaient simplement le lit, sans laver les surfaces de la cuisine ou autre donc ce n'était pas un réel ménage. Le matériel n'est pas à la hauteur du prix : il manque des ustensils de cuisine, les couverts sont de basse qualité, les chaises extérieures sont déjà toutes fissurées et pas vraiment solides. Bien que l'établissement ne soit pas loin de tulum, la route pour accéder au logement est compliquée, avec énormement de nid de poule, ce qui nous rend un peu isolés.

Ce lieu est un petit paradis. La baie est très belle et nous avons pu en profiter pour faire du snorkeling sans sargasse. Les canoës et paddle mis à disposition gratuitement sont très appréciables. La piscine est très agréable. Un coati et un iguane sont venus nous rendre visite sur la plage. La terrasse depuis l’appartement en rooftop est superbe. Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps.

La route pour accéder au logement est parsemée de trous, il est nécessaire de rouler lentement mais elle reste praticable. Les premiers commerces sont relativement éloignés, ce qui fait aussi partie du charme de l’endroit

Eine schöne ruhig aber aus unserer Sicht zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Mit Mietwagen alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten schnell zu erreichen. Eine wunderschöne Anlage mit schöner Flora und Fauna. (Nasenbären, Aguris, Leguane , Rochen ) Kajaks und SUP waren immer parat, Personal immer verfügbar und sehr hilfsbereit! Sandspielzeug, Wasserspielzeug, sowie Schnorchel und Wasserschuhe vorhanden (wir haben unser eigene Ausrüstung dabei)

Wenn man ganz pingelig sein möchte, dann dass der Herd Ewigkeiten gebraucht hat bzw. Ist es auch möglich dass die Töpfe nicht kompatibel zum Herd sind. Aber das ist schon da höchste an Dingen, die man als störend empfinden konnte.
