A small Fridge in the room would make a difference

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Bukhara. The property is clean and beautifully designed, with a great location close to the city center. The manager, Mr. Samir, was exceptionally polite and helpful—he speaks good English and assisted us kindly with directions to local restaurants when we first arrived. He was always ready to help with anything we needed. The air-conditioning worked well, there was no unpleasant smell in the room, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable. Breakfast was just decent.

One small note: housekeeping did not come automatically during our stay. We weren’t sure if it was on request only, as the room was only cleaned and restocked when we asked. It would be great if this could be made clearer for future guests. Overall, I truly appreciate the hospitality and would recommend this place for a comfortable stay in Bukhara.

Nice family run hotel and you can enjoy the atomosphere of local residence.! Very close to the old city center and very safe late in the evening.

Proximity and hospitality

The property is newly renovated and really very well done. It is a beautiful family-run small boutique hotel. Samer is a fantastic host and is extremely helpful. Go for it!

Breakfast could've been better. We had requested for packed breakfast, since we had a very early morning train, to which they agreed.

This is a difficult review to write. This guesthouse is obviously quite new, the owner and her son still have a lot to learn about hospitality. On a positive note the rooms are clean with new crisp bed linen and towels. We arrived early evening as a group of friends, tired after a long journey by road from Khiva, we were met by the owner and son and the most important thing for them was to sort out payment for our rooms, as they could not take credit card we were scrabbling around trying to find enough cash to pay before we could be shown to our rooms. Two of the three rooms were ok but the room my husband and I were given was so small, with a window onto a brick wall, nowhere to hang our clothes or put our suitcases, we said we were unhappy with the room but there was no alternative room available, we were told a triple room would be available the following day but we would have to pay for the third person as it was a triple room, we flatly refused as the room we had been given did not resemble the one we booked and were duly moved to the bigger room without charge the following day, the triple room was very comfortable and had windows! Breakfasts were adequate but not the best we have had in Uzbekistan, breakfasts were already plated on the table and the morning we had fried egg with local sausage but the egg was cold it was not that appetising, maybe the owner could give thought to cooking eggs to order as guests arrive in the breakfast room.

This is such a beautiful hotel. It is decorated in a style that feels you’re living in a palace. Delicious breakfast as well.

They only cleaned the room on request & the internet in our room was not very stable😕
