Nice family hotel near the center of Bukhara. Samirbek is a very attentive young guy always willing to help.

The hospitality was amazing! Samir, the owner, is an absolute gentleman—very respectful, helpful, and kind. From the moment I booked, he replied quickly and even waited for me late at night when my taxi dropped me a minute away. He carried my baggage and treated me with great care as I was sick and tired. Samir and his mother were so kind; they even suggested medicine and checked on me through WhatsApp to make sure I was feeling better. The hotel is very clean, close to the main tourist landmarks, and within walking distance to explore the old city. Breakfast was also good.

Samir, es un joven manager que hará tú estancia una experiencia a otro nivel. Puedes recurrir a él para cualquier necesidad que te surja durante tu estancia en su extraordinario hotel. Sin duda totalmente recomendable. Tuvimos que hacer el check-out muy pronto por la mañana y se prestó a hacernos unos desayunos para llevar y se levantó para ayudarnos con los taxis que a esa hora a veces no funcionan de la mejor manera. Se agradece esa dedicación y preocupación tan personalizada de Samir. En cuanto a las instalaciones. Sus habitaciones y baños son nuevos, limpísimos y confortables. Su localización es perfecta, a sólo 10 minutos del centro. El desayuno está incluido y con productos locales. Si tuviera que volver, sin duda repetiría.

Чудесные 2 дня в отеле Gulnaraxanum. Большое спасибо хозяйке и Самиру! Очень внимательные, гостеприимные, заботливые. Отель чистый, все необходимое есть, завтраки готовит хозяйка. Выпечка просто сказочно вкусная. Буду рекомендовать отель друзьям, надеюсь приехать в следующем году 🤗

Останавливалась всего на одну ночь и осталась под большим впечатлением. Расположение идеальное — буквально две минуты пешком до Ляби-Хауза, всё самое красивое в Бухаре находится рядом. Номер просторный, чистый и оформлен в ярком восточном стиле. Интерьер сочетает традиционные элементы и современный комфорт: новые мебель и сантехника, красивый декор, уютная атмосфера. Видно, что всё сделано с заботой о гостях. Завтрак был выше всяких похвал — сытный, разнообразный и очень вкусный, с традиционными блюдами и свежими продуктами. Хозяйка сама приготовила для нас с любовью. Отдельно хочу отметить гостеприимство семьи хозяев. Сын хозяйки, Самир, помогал буквально во всём: организовал трансфер, подсказал маршруты прогулок, помог сориентироваться по городу. Благодаря этому отдых прошёл максимально комфортно и спокойно. Рекомендую всем, кто хочет погрузиться в атмосферу старой Бухары! Обязательно вернусь сюда снова🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Номера оформлены очень красиво и в национальном стиле.Было чисто и уютно.Дворик был обставлен старинными декорациями которые как говорил менеджер достали из под земли во время раскопок.Местоположение очень даже хорошее всего две минуты пешком до центра.Завтраки очень вкусные и за такую цену был шведский стол очень даже богатый.Менеджер был очень даже доброжелательным,приветливым и отзывчивым.Бронировал и рекомендовал очень хорошие и не дорогие рестораны.Мне здесь очень понравилось и если вернусь в Узбекистан то только в этот отель.
