Nice family hotel in a traditional style located in the city center.

The room was decorated very nicely. Bathroom was great. Host was very friendly.

We had to leave the keys on a board in front of reception. Most of the time nobody was there, somebody could walk om easily and empty our room. Didn't like that. Also it was not allowed to wash you clothes in the apartment? But strange.

The location was great, the place was clean and beautifully decorated, and the staff were kind and helpful.

The breakfast could have been better — the options were quite limited.

The hotel is new and very clean. The host is friendly. Location is perfect.

Young boy at reception speaks English and is very helpful. Everything is new and the room was very comfortable with quiet airco. Nice hot shower. Good location. Good vallue.

The decoration and facilities in the bathroom; love the little son of the owner- he is very helpful and kind.

No choice for breakfast

Excellent location, very near to Lyabi-Hauz Pond (like 2 minutes walk). The room is very clean, comfortable & beautifully decorated. Breakfast is delicious. There is also a charming inner courtyard.

Note that laundry is more expensive (double) than what I paid in the other guesthouses in Khiva, Samarkand & Tashkent.
