Rooms were unclean and bit stinky, There was no water in the toilet, taps were broken had to request multiple times for a room change then only got the new room there also tv was not working. There was a leakage in the toilet. Toiletries were not there just got a 5rs soap when asked for the Toiletries. Bed was not too clean either.

Water supply cut for 2-3 hours

The staff are very friendly and make you feel at ease, the place is also clean and well stocked with water and a kitchen. The beds are comfortable.

In the by lanes near Jaipur Railway station. Couldn't presume something economical in the vicinity with comfortable stay and good service.

Hotel Rooms were very good. Ambience was nice. Its really good for family and corporate. Staff is supportive. Good parking space. Multiple restaurant and food outlets near by. City is walking distance away

Hotel restaurant was nice and they were quick to deliver. I ordered tea and muska Ban and it made my day. Rooms have dine facility. Small Bar setup was a plus point. Linen was cleaned. AC was working good. Have good parking facility. Jal mahal and Albert hall was very near. Lots of transportation just a step away from hotel.

The only plus thing about the hotel is the breakfast there. It was good. Rest all was pathetic.

We had to change the room thrice in order to find a comparatively better room. The service of the staff was also poor. In one room, we saw a bucket beneath the AC. In another room, the toilet flush was not working, and then the lock was not working. We booked two rooms, and they collected the full amount while checking in. So we couldn't leave the place. There were no towels, doormat, and coffee items in the rooms. When we asked for a doormat, they gave a dirty used door mat. We could see hair in the bed. It's the first time we are getting a hotel like this from booking.com. Worst hotel.
