bed was comfy. food was okay.

rats. rat shit on the floor and on the surfaces by the sink.

They gave us a room with no wifi, when we booked they tried to get us to pay on a different website other than booking and threatened that we’d lose the booking after having it confirmed on booking.com. when we did get there they acted like they didn’t know we were supposed to be there and when we got to the room there was poo unflushed in the toilet. Would not recommend for westerners at all.

Very rude staff at reception,hotel very close to busy road...

Hotel staff is very good. Most important thing is location and it's situated on right location. Reception as well as rooms are very premium. Mini bar setup is very cool. My stay was good hope for hotel to maintain this service and quality in future as well

Limited parking space

Fixed breakfast severed in the room. Though the quantity of the breakfast was adequate only one cup of tea.

There was a boiling kettle and cups but no sachets of milk,tea or coffee 🙄.Cleanliness was poor of the bathroom and room floor. Also they took part advance money saying that otherwise the booking will get canceled. And I was receiving messages every two hours through mail and WhatsApp. When you said the money was to be paid at checkin.
