FabHotel Polovictory Palace

Its my first time in Jaipur and really like this hotel. Hotel situated at sindhi camp, mostly sorrounded by many sweet outlets and food shops. In my room there was a balcony also which gives a good look of sourounding

Totally disgusting property. Not maintained at all. The door handles fall of with the potential risk of locking you inside, no working wifi and full of all assortments of disgusting smells. There was no power went out just a few hours after my check in. The staff kept lying for hours probably to kill time so that I can't claim my money back because of that the only two options we had was either sit in the humid hot room or stand on the street and be treat for mosquitoes and flies. The staff made no efforts to compensate any guests for the inconvenience. They started off by saying it'll only be a few minutes and at the end of the staffer rudely spoke to us and said it can be now or 4 hours from now we can't say. While checking out because of the inconvenience they even charged us for the water bottles, didn't even have the decency to let that slide for all that massive inconvenience. I've saved all the photos and videos and if I'm not getting a refund I'll initiate a legal action against FabHotels.

They don't allow foreigner. But they tell you only after booking..

Hotel Polo Victory Palace exceeded my expectations with its blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. It’s clear that the management takes great pride in ensuring guests have a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jaipur and look forward to returning on my next trip.
