Pool needs done renovation

Views from the rooms and hotel grounds are incredible Bed is comfortable Rooms are spacious

- Our booking wasn’t in the hotel’s system on arrival (which was an excel tracker rather than an integrated booking system). This meant our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at the hotel meaning we had to wait for one to be arranged. (The hotel manager was worried initially that no rooms were available for us even though we had paid.) - The rooms are large tents which are mouldy in places and are not fully secure to the outside world so we found lots of insects and a few lizards in our room. - For the amount paid for the stay, we didn’t get daily room cleaning or water refills and had to go to the reception multiple times with queries such as asking how to unlock the bathroom door which had miraculously locked from the inside. - The pool is gorgeous but we never spent any time by it given there is only 1 single sun lounger (not sure how this makes any sense given all the rooms are doubles but I did check at reception and there is in fact only 1!) - Another hotel guest managed to unlock and walk into our room at 6am on our first night by mistake thinking it was his room. He was extremely apologetic so this was no bother but it does beg the question of why the key to other rooms are able to unlock the doors to every other room. This was made even more confusing by the fact we had to hand in our room key every-time we requested room cleaning. - Staff were friendly but largely lacked a level of professionalism and know-how for the price point of the hotel. We ate at the hotel restaurant 3 times: we waited 45 minutes for our food on the third time and the starter came out 30 minutes after the mains. The food is okay. - There is no fridge, kettle or hairdryer in the suites which we found a bit basic for the price point.

Spiders, Cockroaches, poor facility

I like the staff there and also the nice place and the room.

The soap and shampoo at the shower/cr is not new and was used by the last guest. And there was a used cigarette in the trashcan and it smelled so bad

The view was great.

The facilities and surroundings were a bit dirty.

Exceptional Location and view.

The property is amazing. I got suite and got a good view. It was peaceful and the place over all is beautiful.

They don’t have slippers and bathrobe. Pool towel is really not appropriate.

The staff was great, super friendly. The food was good with great prices and with happy hour for the drinks, it was worth visiting agian.

They need new pool cues. I wish they had scheduled times for the masseuse, like an open or closed time, because I was never able to get a massage when they said they would be available.
