The comfort and ambiance.

During at night, lack of illumination on the pathways and there is unexplainable experience. Seems like disturbing big unusual bird trying to scratch the tent and trying to get inside our room. Scary moment.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough - honestly have no idea what the negative reviews are talking about! Beautiful hotel with huge Teepee style rooms. Super comfortable four-poster superking beds with great AC and a killer view. Food was great (the smash burger was exceptional). Staff are very friendly and helpful. Also organised a scooter for the full duration of our stay.

The view was amazing, it’s a perfect place to take some rest in a quiet place

It’s part of the deal but a lot of insects in the room, the WiFi didn’t work in our room

fabulous view, very friendly staff, food was ok, pretty clean. air-condition does the job but don’t expect american indoor climate ;) water pressure and hot water worked pretty well.

be aware that you book a “tent”, so if you take tent nr.4, you get some really annoying loud noises from the farm next door (chicken!) we could change to tent nr.1, which was surprisingly silent, till: the music in the restaurant is also too loud and starts 7am, let’s not talk about choice of music lol.. they could support a washing machine, other then send you to some laundry-shop 10km away. don’t order the “french toast” lol

The setting is nice, large rooms, average food.

The attention to the visitors, and lack of attention to details in rooms. The place could be an amazing resort, if it truly Focused on the customer experience.

The location is very nice. Breath taking view of the mountains and the sea. The staff were very polite and they even allowed us to early check in. They serve delicious foods.

Since the location is above the hill, the signal is weak but they offer wifi at the lobby. It doesn’t affect our stay tho. :))
