InSense Mountainview Resort

The staff was great, super friendly. The food was good with great prices and with happy hour for the drinks, it was worth visiting agian.

They need new pool cues. I wish they had scheduled times for the masseuse, like an open or closed time, because I was never able to get a massage when they said they would be available.

View is amazing, comforu, spacious bungalow, location, clean and tidy, staff are nice, etc. It is deluxe.

No bidet in the toilet

The room is not that clean when we get the specially the restroom and the towels seem stuck for a long time and doesn’t smell good.

Worst “Luxury” Resort Experience – Avoid at All Costs This was by far the most disappointing and disturbing hotel experience we have ever had. We booked Insense Mountain View Resort expecting a luxury stay, but what we found was completely unacceptable: Upon check-in, we found feces in the bathtub. There were huge lizards inside our room, which terrified my wife. Later, we found yet another large lizard. The kettle for making coffee was filthy, with stuck noodles inside. The replacement kettle they brought us was broken. Staff members spoke in their own language after talking to us, laughed, and behaved in an ironic manner, which felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. We reported all of this, but the hotel never responded to our complaints. This resort is advertised as “luxury,” but in reality, it is dirty, neglected, and completely overpriced. The facilities are not maintained, hygiene is a disaster, and the staff’s attitude makes the whole experience even worse. For the price we paid, this was a total waste of money. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this resort if you value cleanliness, professionalism, or even basic hospitality.

loved the location it was so pretty

when you put the location in to maps it takes you 20 minutes away and not to the hotel which cost us more to get to. our bathroom when we came was initially dirty but we didn’t want to complain and left it at that. We had a good stay but the power went out which is no one’s fault and happens. We were having showers and a rat was running past our feet in the shower we told reception and they sent someone to look he couldn’t find the rat and left later complained again because the rat was there again and then when the man came to clean didn’t find it. This is fine but i do think the rooms need to be cleaned more as our bathroom had white powder on the work tops, dirt in the bath open soap bars and hairs in the sink. The lack of cleaning in the bathroom probably caused the rat to enter but other than that the bedroom was tidy and lovely alongside the facilities.

I had an absolutely appalling experience staying at this hotel. My boyfriend and I had rats in our room which my boyfriend saw and there were rat droppings over the floor in the bathroom. When i complained to the hotel about this they said that they were aware of the problem but would not agree to compensate us other than money off in the restaurant for the following day. Although we were leaving the next day and did not want to eat from a restaurant anyway that the rats would have been near. After lots of complaining they eventually agreed to refund us but never followed through and declined the refund request on booking.com after we had left. I was shocked by the number of good reviews this hotel had until I saw that they offer free breakfasts in exchange for good reviews. Awful customer service and lack of hygiene.

The breakfast is nice, the view is beautiful ! the staff is really kind and lovely. Even in the difficult moments everybody was there. thanks you so much for everything 🙏🏻❤️
