スタッフの方々は、たぶん外国人の方だと思いますが、日本語も上手ですし、対応も素晴らしかったです。

スキーシーズンでなく、閑散期だから、ガラガラでしたが、対応も良く、快適に過ごせました。

The hotel and our room feel new and clean! Room is big and comfortable. We had the mountain view which is nice! At first we were given a view of a roof top which was awful! So we asked the staff if they could change a room with a nice view since the hotel is now not quite occupied and the staff was kind enough to change for us, which was a great relief! We enjoyed the room with a nice view! Staff service is exceeding from front desk to restaurant! Breakfast and dinner food quality was excellent too! The onsen is great, very clean and peaceful with both indoor and outdoor onsens. There are also 2 free private onsens which is great! We love everything here!

Das Personal war freundlich, aber sehr unflexibel. Zum Beispiel war es nicht möglich Toastbrot zu kriegen, ausser man bestellt das Frühstück mit Spiegelei zu dem Toast bestellt wird.

Es hat nichts mit einem Riokan zu tun, obwohl sie auf der offiziellen japanischen Webseite deren gelistet sind. Kein japanisches Essen auf dem Zimmer! Die Nasszellen sind renoviert aber das Zimmer ist uralt und muffig. Das Essen war grottenschlecht und eine Zumutung. Geht da nicht hin!
