コスパ最高、チェックインやチェックアウトも非対面なので気楽に利用できました。

使わないですが室内にある電話にホコリがかぶっていたのと、お風呂の室内乾燥機？の電源が入らなかったところ。

Great hotel. Very comfortable & spacious rooms. Decent location. Facilities are very good. Only small issue is you don’t see staff but when contacted have always replied very quickly. Overall a great place to stay, would recommend as quite central & easily connected via bus route & train (10min walk).

Couldn't fault anything, very satisfied, got great value for what I paid.

The check in process was the only good thing. Lets say you are close from Kyoto train station. Be careful in which direction you take the 206 bus.

First and most important: The rooms are very noisy, and when I say noisy it is like you are sleeping in the street. We had 4 rooms on different sides of the building and it did not make any difference. The walls are very thin and the windows are only 1 sheet of glass. We tried to talk to the people responsible but they said it was not like this. Another big minus is that you don`t have reception and need to send messages. If you need something urgent to resolve in the room you have to wait for next day. Being a little far from Kyoto center (40-60 min to walk) you always need to take the bus which at certain hours will stay in traffic jams. I would recommend to pay more and stay closer to center because you get the money back from not taking the bus every time.

The room was clean and larger then a tipical japanese hotel room. However there was no staff available and also you can hear the upstairs guests every step. There was no cleaning during our stay (3 nights) but overall the stay was ok.
